As old people used to say, "First!"
This is the sort of launch of nerd on the intercom, which as opposed to nerds on the internet, which is (or rather will be some time in the far off uncertain future) a broader spectrum, many to many interaction type dealie, an intercom is a narrower, sort of one way communication channel. The metaphor being that it's me talking to the rest of you.
But anyway, first post and all that. I'll get the hang of things as I go along.
