Reminds me of a study that suggested more cognitively impaired, or thought process under load, you are, the more conservative you behave.
Just like piss drunk people, conservatives seem to make rash decisions with only dubious rewards on the short term what really do not benefit anyone in the longer term. However, those politicians are making those decisions sober(?)
